About our Pastor:

Pastor Rick Finney attended Liberty University, and Liberty Baptist Theological Seminary in Lynchburg, Virginia, specializing in expository preaching and teaching as well as Biblical Christian Counseling for drug and alcohol abuse, domestic violence, child abuse, sexual abuse, anger management, and marital and family issues. Originally ordained into Christian ministry at West Hill Baptist Church in Wooster, Ohio, he and his wife Mary Ann reside in Moab and are parents of nine children, having served previously at Calvary Baptist Church in Show Low, Arizona. His passion and calling are focused upon the love for teaching and preaching the Word of God, caring for people, reaching the lost and discipleship in helping followers of Christ attain and maintain growth in the Christian faith and practice.
